Hi,
I'm review my account and am wondering as to how I am actually being charged.
I am ont he 120$ per 90 day 12 GB plan. With autopay.
My last credit card charge was $122.04 and I can't figure out, at all, how that adds up. Can someone please clarify this for me.
Thanks,
Pughball

I believe Shutdown has the right calculation.

In the selfserve you can see a breakdown of your rewards.
Just click "My rewards", and then you can open each arrow by clicking on them.

120-6 (autopay)=114
If you had community rewards those are also applied
plus applicible taxes

Rewards such as $6 off autopay and maybe community reward ontop of that or referrals will do that. So it's probably not bugged at all.

Can you post a screenshot of your payment history for the last month?
EDIT: not needed, see my next post...

Looks like payment error in your favor. Some people have reported not being charged tax correctly. Otherwise you should see a charge equivalent to $120+ applicable taxes based on the province in which the area code of the phone number in the account. Treat yourself to a coffee and donut!
