Plan going in and out

Hey so after a grueling wait of a 4 day port, my number ported Sunday(yesterday) the plan didn't work right away but after a bit, the plan kicked in. However, this morning, Its going in and out. Somehow I got a call, but the rest say that I haven't paid my bill.


I set up auto pay when I signed up and I cannot login to my account since I made it. "The account cannot be verified" is the error I get when I use forgot my password. It's the same email I got confirmation about the plan. Anyone with a similar experience? My messages to the mods that I sent over the weekend hasn't even been read yet by the mods unfortunately, so I am at a loss of what to do

@suno. Yup to no avail. The message I receive trying to call out is an that I need to pay. When I try to do it over the phone it says my account is having troubles and hangs up.

I didn't a successful poet message yet unfortunately

Did you get your confirmation text from Public Mobile stating your successful port?

Sounds like the mod are getting a "little less" swamped, so your message should be attend to soon. 🙂
