My plan didn’t renew with auto payments. It doesn’t show as expired online but I can’t call out or in. Plan expires today

The account doesn’t show as suspended online so I can’t manually renew but the account is suspended if I try to call

@Patsy3 .did you happen to have a plan change scheduled ?? If so this sometimes Happens on renewal day and plan scheduled to change . If this the case it’s easy fix for support

dial 611 to hear current status of the plan. You can also pay using 611, but you need to know your PM pin number.
