Hello,
I'm trying to make a payment because this month my plan did not renew automatically and It doesn't let me do it manually, everything is fine with my credit card, can you please tell me what to do?

At this point I just want to get it cancel, I can't believe I can't make the payment from my cards, I've been with public mobile for years and I don't know why this time is giving me a hard time.

For a quick solution, go purchase a voucher from these locations: 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples.
Then dial 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the voucher number and pin to get your phone working. Meanwhile contact a CS_Agent to look into your problem at:

I've been trying since yesterday and it is not working, I also tried with a different card and it is just the same, I can't make the payment and I need my phone number to be activated.

please wait an hour, and then use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login and try making the payment again

Or you can also use a voucher to resume service first. Get a voucher from Shopper Drug mart and then load the voucher using *611 on your phone
