I am not sure what my current plan is. When trying to link sim system says invalid sim. What can I do.

The sim is currently being used. I got it at a kiosk desk at a mall. How do I cancel the plan. ?

@Malhi1 is that is a new PM sim that was never used?
SIM cars cannot be reused and you might need a new one. Get the PM sim in person from Telus /Koodo /Mobile Klink or online at Amazon
