Plan changing

I currently have $6 off a month with old rewards, and if I change my plan right now I have to pay the full price, if I wait for it to auto renew will it take the $6 off? It also says I will lose my current promotion, what exactly does that mean

when you activated have used this 2GB free data promo code: 2GBBONUS then you will losing when you change plan, for other promo gift or buyer add-ons or rewards they will keep it as is. and keep your old rewards program it's better. you just do change plan.

Tips: use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

and go to Plan & Add-ons, and scroll the plans using the down and up arrows on the far right. select the plan you want, and select ‘Change plan now’ then you pay full price plan, or ‘Change plan on renewal date’..to you not losing any money..

Since PM is a prepaid plan and not prorated and no partial refunds. Best to change the plan by clicking on the next renewal date. 
Your rewards will transfer over but if you have a promotion in your account as @Yummy @has pointed out then your will lose the additional 2gb promo.

If you are using any promotion associated with current Plan (2GB for 6 months with $xx plan) then you might lose it. Sometimes promos are for $xx+ (and above) plans so promo might stay. It depends on promo and small prints.

As of rewards, if you schedule plan change on next renewal they should be applied.

Most accurate answer will be from agent or from somebody who actually DID such plan change and not somebody who is guessing...

hi @blakestubbings yes.  If you click change on the next renewal date, it will apply the reward at that time
