I have auto renew set up on my account, but I did not have enough funds to renew my plan. So I opted to change from the 50$ plan down to the $40. I went and made the change and it took the funds but my phone is still not working. Can anyone tell me why, or how I can activate it with my new plan. My old plan was scheduled to renew today.

Best to contact a moderator with this common issue by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions to submit a ticket. They should respond within a few hours or a day.

Have no experience with this but someone here said there is a "renew" button or something like that to get it to process a renewal from suspension.

Is there a reactivate button on your self-serve
If it still doesn't work, add one more dollar then restart
If that doesn't work please contact moderators
