About a week ago I selected a new plan but picked the option to change on next renewal date. I can find no confirmation showing that the plan will change and the plan is no longer listed. I opened a trouble ticket a few days ago but got no response. When I try and submit a new ticket I get the Opps something went wrong error page. I could wait and see if the new plan applies but if it does not I'm on my current plan for an other month.

A CS_Agent will take about 2 hours to 2 days to reply back to you depending on how busy they are but I would suggest you inquire about your original request. Just go to Messages and change from Inbox to Sent by tapping on Inbox.
They will private message you back so click on your avatar then the will be a notification on Messages.

It should switch on your next renewal date but the only way is to wait until your renewal date. Just wondering if you took a screenshot of your plan switch?
If not, no worries…the CS_Agent will accommodating and they can check on your account of the plan switch.

@Jodysb Check your payment page . Can also check subscription add on page and it will show your current t plan and upcoming plan
