I recieved a text saying that I am being moved to a new points program. It says to log into my account to figure out what my next payment will be yet I can see no information about this in my account. I assume I'm paying more but no idea how much. 
About a week ago I selected a new plan but picked the option to change on next renewal date. I can find no confirmation showing that the plan will change and the plan is no longer listed. I opened a trouble ticket a few days ago but got no response. ...
