Trying to change my fathers plan online
everytime I click on the Change Plan button on my profile page it brings up a blank page with no options to read threw , gives me a "try more options" link I can click on but then it brings me to an
Error 404 page almost as if I was the one creating the website and coding myself.
I haven't tried on my own account as I don't want to change my plan but need to change his before his renewal date on the 17th.

@kyem15, there seems to be a problem currently with Self-Serve access to anything other than the overview page. Most likely temporary until updates are applied.
Try again in an hour or so.

If that doesn't work....try rebooting the cell phone....then go back and try your plan change again. Good luck.

I suggest clearing the cache and cookies for your browser. Close the browser, and try again.
