My plan expired yesterday and my plan is suspended. I had to make a $16 payment which went through, now my amount due is $0, but account is still suspended. Any ideas why it's not working?

@maxime_larouche What plan were you on?
if you just made the payment a couple hours ago, maybe just wait till tomorrow morning. You might as well not stress out and wait till tomorrow morning since there are no mods online right now. If you still have issues tomorrow morning then send a private message to the mod team explaining your issue and providing them your account and phone number.

Public mobile has moved on from customer service through phones to online forums chat helps. So from now on if you need anything, come to this forum and type "@...." replace ... with one of the moderators and expect a few hours for turnaround time, if it is friday-sunday expect a longer turnaround time. Can't say exactly but just expect some turnaround time before things get solved, but be patient and dont get stressed out. I know whatever situation people are in it is going to get us all mad but stay calm and relax and things will naturally come to you in positive way.
