Trying to change my fathers plan online everytime I click on the Change Plan button on my profile page it brings up a blank page with no options to read threw , gives me a "try more options" link I can click on but then it brings me to an Error 404 ...

Its not actually me that wants to do it, its my father.We both got set up with Public on June 20th and I was supposed to be paying for both phones out of family allowance every month, things have changed and I wont have the ability to pay for 3 phone...
