Plan cancelled after number transfer?

I transferred my phone number to a new carrier and now I can't log into my Self Serve account. Is my plan already cancelled, or am I still going to get charged?

 @noahfriedman : You would not be able to call 611 if your account is closed.

If your phone number transfer correctly, your account with public mobile is will be closing, but for safety if you can put your old SIM card for PM to call *611 to remove your autopay is better...

Just keep an eye on your credit card or debit bill for the next 30 days...just to make sure you aren't still paying for your closed plan.

Did you reply to the text message to confirm the port request ?  If you did then your PM account should be closed.
