My plan was supposed to give me 15gb of data and instead it’s giving me 5gb and now the option to upgrade again. Please help

What hairbag12 is trying to say is how the Self Serve account sometimes shows incorrect account information. Using incognito mode can sometimes correct that (though it will do nothing about slow speeds).

Try clearing your cache and history, re logging in, if not at the top of the page right hand side there is an inbox to emaip support ! Good luck.

@MissMu Try logging into your account using incognito/private mode as you're probably viewing older cached info on the account.
