I can not make a call or receive call when somebody calls me it goes directly to voice mail. It has been 2 days since i switched the company

Hello Mayor i did forget to reply yes to the old carrier for service transfer. So what should i do next

When you switched over to PM, did you pick a new number or port your old number over from another carrier?

If you ported over, did you confirm to the text with YES with the old SIM in your phone? You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.

HI@Natapita77    there are others with the same voice problem  Look like something issue

 

Try restart the phone once.

 

and Please submit a ticket with CS agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
