Plan and Adds On page "General Error"

I am trying to add roaming Internet and text messages to my account (I'm leaving for the US in an hour), but I keep getting this error whenever I try to access that page. It worked fine earlier this week, and I have tried logging off, and tried restarting my computer. 

Now I am a bit stressed out 😕

Thank you so much for your help. Somehow I didn't have the problem on my cell phone, but I would probably have been confused by the two steps if you hadn't said anything

Purchase an Add-on page working just fine. Try it in private/incognito browsing mode. Alternatively, you can purchase an add-on by dialing 611. If it doesn't work, @Shazia_K might be around to help. 

FYI Buying an add-on is a two step process. First time, it will add funds to your Balance and then when you purchase it again, it will use that balance to add that add-on to your account.
