How can I revert to my old plan.  Currently not able to make or receive calls. Text is working.

Some lower cost plans are not available to existing customers. If you have plan which cost more than $25 and you want to go back - if you do NOT see plan you like (cheaper) when you log in to PM account then that plan is Not available to you. Agent will not be able to help you if you open a ticket...

going back to the old plan won't resolve your problem.

what phone do you have?  did you try Reset Network settings?

what area you are at?  Seems like there has been voice trouble for some area since last night
