How can I revert to my old plan. Currently not able to make or receive calls. Text is working.

It is pending payment. But my auto payment is set for Feb 28. Not sure why it when to a new plan for 6G. I need to revert to my old plan of $25 for 10G then I will try to resolve payment issue.
