Plan Expired, won't let me pay

I had my CC stolen and deactivated, and I guess I forgot to change my auto-pay. I had my service disconnected today without any warning.

Whenn I log in, I see this message

"Please disregard this message if you have enough funds in your balance or are on AutoPay. Your account has been suspended. Make a payment to reactive your current plan.Suspended accounts are deactivated after 90 days of non-payment and you will lose your phone number and service."

My summary reads as such:

"

  • Your plan expired on Apr 24, 2019.
  • Top up before Jul 23, 2019 or your account will be deactivated.
  • Current Balance: $4.00
  • Amount Due:"

I click on "Make Payment" and it tells me I already have the required funds. I then do a custom payment of "$50" and I get a generic error message.

Please let me give you money, I would very much like to have a working cell phone.

Also, I can see that a payment was made today, but nothing is showing up on my account.

You see a payment showing in your new credit card? Or are you seeing it as a transaction in your payment history here? (or both of course)

And now, randomly, it works. I still don't see that $50 I paid.

Thanks for the wonderful customer service.

Maybe PM system needs a little bit time to update your payment. At least your phone is on service now.

I have cheked, double and triple checked any my account balance is at $4, which is the rewards I set up.

Restart your browser and try to pay fee again.

But you need to set up your account with another credit card or debit Visa card first OR get a topup voucher from retailer or recharge.com.

You have $50 or more available fund in your account.  Please confirm.

If yes, you need to send a private message to get your account re-activated.
