Hi there, I was subscribed for a year, and my automatic plan renewal expired yesterday. I'm trying to send payment, and it's not being processed, help with continuing payments needed

not unusual Autopay fails
you can just go to My Account and pay. Do you have the buttons Pay and resume service? click and pay
