Hello. Last month before my plan renewed I changed my plan to the 4 GB data plan. The system stated that the plan would change when my plan was renewed next but it didn't renew and so I am out of my 1 GB of data for this cycle. Your assistance in solving this issue would be appreciated.
Scott Gardiner.

Sorry. What plan was $47? So you are still on a $47, 1gb plan?
If I look at the OPs community sign up date it's likely a plan from the plan builder days, early 2018: 30 day plan, Canada-wide talk, unlimited text and 1GB LTE data for a total of $47 before any rewards... (it does show up in my legacy plan comparison chart from January 2018 but I don't have a plan builder screen shot for this particular combo).

I see I mis-read 4 GB for 4G earlier. Changing plans during a current plan does not pro-rate the previous plan. Just so you know.
What plan were you on ($, gb) and what plan did you attempt and what plan are you on now?
Adding - jeez...read much? 😞 Sorry. What plan was $47? So you are still on a $47, 1gb plan?

Thank you for the response. I checked and I am still on the 1024MB plan for $47. I tried for the $41 4 GB plan 10 days before my last renewal. I am now out of data for the month because I thought my plan had switched over. I will try to switch again in incognito mode, but I am not happy that I will have top up my data. Thank you for your help.

You were supposed to change to the $41.25 4GB plan?
Check if PM charged you the new plan amount on your credit card. If so, then login My Account with Incognito mode and check again. It could be that you were reading off cached page, using Incognito mode would get the latest info from the server

How close to renewal date you scheduled plan change? It looks like it is not a good idea to schedule plan change 1-2 days before renewal as system is not picking up that request...

Did you possibly select and schedule for the $55/20gb plan? It would appear the company pulled a fast one. User
@wetcoasterand others also had this happen. It sucks.
