25 dollars for 80 gb per month only applies to NEW customers?
existing customers get only 10 gb for that price?
why does PM want customers to leave to other carriers to get a similar deal?

they do have a 10GB plan for the same $25. Check your My Account->Change Subscription page

Although there are better deals for new customers, PM does offer flexibility and more stable prices, although there can still be forced changes every few years. For existing customers like me, there are a growing number of options after selecting subscription change. Choosing one on next renewal gives time to think about it too.

I have 3 Public Mobile accounts, all paying $25 per month for 6GB, which just increased by $2.00 per month. There were more options added to the Change Subscription screen it seems. There were many. I chose one that was adequate for our needs.

Yea they don't budge. I tried it myself unsuccessfully. They all full of it.
But you should see an offer in your account for $25 for 10. If you going to pay $25 might as well schedule the change to the 10GB

The CS_Agent mentioned to monitor the options when selecting renewal changes.
There was a long list and one wasn't too bad so I chose it on renewal.

it’s good to bounce around between carriers, let their churn rate show them that customers stopped being loyal to carriers and are now loyal to their wall.
too the few that suggested contacting customer support to try and get a deal, sorry, but that’s seems ridiculous. It takes about 5 mins to setup an e-sim account with a new provider, maybe another 20-30 mins waiting for your number to port. Meanwhile, based on prior experience with other carrier customer service, you’d still be waiting to get a response from them. 🤣

I'm waiting myself right now to see what they can offer me, so far doesn't look good.
$25 for 10 is not good enough in my opinion. I already have that in my offers and I don't want it.

this is really how mobile industry works now, they save the best plans for new subscribers and try to steel accounts from other
the same $25 plan is basically going on for most carriers, you can look around and choose accordingly. And probably in could months, PM will offer you another good plan to take you back

before you leave Public Mobile, why not message Customer Support to see they'll offer incentive to stay. Likely won't get the latest offered to new activations, but possibly something to help ease your mind about leaving.

I've been with pm for 10+ years. Although there are some better deals out there, there were more options after selecting subscription change. I didn't need large amounts of data.

before leaving Public Mobile...message Customer Support to see if they can offer you any incentive to stay. You might not get the recent 50% OFF deal, but see if they have something for you to help make you stay.

Honestly, they don't care if we leave or not.

There was another acceptable option under "Change Subscription" that was acceptable for me.

After consideration, and being offered a slightly better option after selecting Subscription Change, I decided to keep going with PM.
