How long usually it takes to get a physical sim card in Toronto region?

hi @Myako 

that is only around a week.  PM sent by Canada Post and no postal service on Friday and yesterday due to Easter. I would wait till end of this week before asking PM

when you placed the order? usually in a week but can be as long as 3 weeks

if you waited over a week, ask PM to make sure they sent out the order

I personally received mine in 2 business days.

But it's roughly 7-10 business days.

How long you been waiting? The website or app states it will be shipped in 2 which confuses a lot of people to think that's when they will actually receive it.
