Hello,
I submitted a plan change on renewal for December 12th. The plan is the $55 20GB and I applied a promo code of -$20/month making it a total of $35/month. I just want to make sure this promo code will still be applied on December 12th when my plan switches.

@changweilun There is definitely still a lot of confusion as to whether existing customers will get the discount despite the code working in self and plenty of discussion. However, AFAIA, you should absolutely be getting the discount based on a response by J_PM in another thread about this here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Change-plan-to-35-20GB/m-p/912134#M624747
edit: according to another existing customer, you will receive the discount and if you don't see the discount, then you might need customer support via chatbot or private message (CS_Agent).
