links don't work I had requested a change in my plan on renewal but my account doesn't show it. I originally had unlimited talk minutes (which man account still shows) but I reduced my plan because of travel. I just received a message that I only have 10 minutes left so how do I know who I really have?? I also added some extra data but did that go through??

There are real issues with the self-serve landing page displaying cached information. It's like a snap-shot of the 'last time' you've accessed it.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache.

@rggmjg Try logging into your account using incognito/private mode as there is terrible caching issues with PM's self serve site.

@rggmjg it could be just cache problem and you are reading cached page. Try login again using Incognito mode and see if you see the correct info. Also check Payment page to see if PM charged new plan amount
