Hello. I have been regularly using a plan of $15/month for limited call time, unlimited texting and 250MB of data. Recently, I discovered that my plan unexpectedly changed, and I was not aware of this until a few months in, after I had made a few months' payments. I have tried to change the plan back, but it's not allowing me to. I would like to request a plan change from my current $40 one back to my previous $15 one, and a refund for the payments I made unknowingly at $40. I have had another family member help me send in a ticket already, but they were told that I need to confirm; this message is the confirmation. Thank you

@dison28 Also should mention there’s was a promo text for the 15GB for $40 that all one had to do was reply YES to accept the plan over the holidays is it possible you or someone else replied yes to it

Sounds to me like the user of this account may have replied "yes" to a promotional offer sent via text by PM in recent weeks which invited users to upgrade their plan.
You may want to check and confirm if you are not the primary user of this device.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@dison28 Sign in to self serve and go to plan add on tab and change plan to the $15 plan as for refunds there’s not typically any for pre paid but you can try with support
