Hi All.
I did a plan change to that $40 plan for 15GB from my current $35 plan last month. I charge was pre-authorized for the $40 plan, but the change didn't go through. So I paid an extra $5, the plan didn't change, and there is no credit in the account for $5. I went through it again to try to change the plan again the next pay cycle. But how do I get my money back?

I did exactly that, and it worked! The services were working fine so I was worried. Thank you Quigley!

Check your account what plan is active. Sometimes PM's page is not properly refreshed and shows old status.
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito mode.
Your probably looking at old cached information. Try again.

All Pre-Authorized
