I am a new client and used a new Sim to register but my phone keeps on saying "unregistered sim" no matter what I did or do. I have tried everything as some did in the community but, like them, nothing. The phone is unlocked (samsung galaxy S6 Edge) and always worked perfectly with two other providers. I want to try Public but this is not a good start.
How do I get a message to a mod? Better yet, can I bring the phone to a Public/Telus/Koodo booth?

It is probably something simple.
Did you login into your account and check to see if it is Active?
Did you power off the phone before putting in your SIM?
The problem with Samsung SIM trays are that they are made of plastic and it will tend to crack easily and the SIM is not getting read by the phone.
Certainly you can bring your phone into a Telus/Koodo store and have staff look into it for you whether it is the phone or SIM.

Did you follow all steps to activate SIM? Was your credit card charged?
What your account says - what is SIM number there (if any)?
Click on Profile, scroll down, look at right hand part of the screen. Hover mouse over crossed eye:

So you went through the whole sign up process and paid? Can you try the sim in another phone? Can you log in to your account?

Try putting the PM sim card back in your phone and reboot it.
