Pixel watch 2 LTE

Is it possible to connect my pixel watch LTE to my public mobile account?

If yes, what is the process.

I understand it the watch comes with esim already but needs to be connected to my mobile phone number.

although PM has eSIM support, but it's eSIM won't work on Pixel Watch, Galaxy watch or Apple Watch. 

To support  smart watch, other than eSIM,  the carrier has to invest more into the infrastructure (servers and software) which PM does not have   

Sorry, to have a plan setup with your Pixel Watch, you have to activate with Telus or other Tier 1 providers (Bell, Virgin Mobile, Rogers)  

** yes, Virgin is the only Tier 2 provider with watch support

no , you cannot.  although PM supports esim, it does not support any watch at the moment
