My wife and I both use a Pixel 3a and are subscribed to Public Mobile plans. There are no outstanding balances or any issues with our payment on the accounts.
We are suddenly unable to make any outgoing calls on our Pixel 3a phones today. We can still send and receive text messages (SMS), our mobile data seems to be working fine, and we can receive phone calls from others. We just cannot make any outgoing phone calls using either Pixel 3a devices.
We tried using our daughter's phone (Pixel 7) with our SIM cards and on her phone, and we can make outgoing calls from her device.
Was there any recent update that may have broken the Pixel 3a's ability to make outgoing phone calls?
We have also tried restarting both phones, removing the SIM for a period of time, and changing it from LTE to 3G, and clearing the cache on the phone app. The issue still persists.

iot's not just you having that issue...the entire Telus network seems to be experiencing some sort of upset and calling is limited right now. Keep watching the forum for updates.
