Have seen a couple of these issues recently. What f you do contact the mods include a picture of the voucher as well if possible.

If you trying to enter it online, try using a different browser, or using incognito mode. It may also work if you try a few hours later.
Alternatively, dial *611 on your phone, and try entering the voucher there.
If none of this works, then contact the Moderator Team with the voucher number.
