hi everyone, I would like to inquire about my order with my phone. Selected subscription is 50GB within Canada and the US data at 5G speed for $34. Account Name under xxxxx xxx xxxx with account #…..2181 and I didn’t receive my physical Simcard.  Instead of physical SIM card, will you be able to process it via eSIM. Looking forward for your help and thank you in advance. 
How do I get a Ticket ID#?

Another option would be to buy a Public Mobile physical sim card for $4.99 at Amazon. With Prime delivery it is quite fast...

sim delivery can be as fast as 5 days or as many as 3 weeks.  One way is to get it faster by buying a PM sim card from telus/Koodo store.  But yes, you can also change to eSIM.  Please check with CS agent for this request.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
