Duplicate payment

I was charged twice on February 2nd and 4th for the amount of $20.16 on my Visa. Can you rectify this problem?

first login My Account and check payment history, does it show one or two amount for $20.16?  and did you make any plan change and manual payment that 2 days? check Payment history, any hint it shows Available Fund of around $18 after Feb 4th?  Maybe you can post all the transactions from Feb here so we can help?
