Physical SIM does not work

Hello,

I purchased a physical SIM for my iPhone 11 but it does not fit & register a SIM.
I would like to just cancel the service & get my money back.
I've already gone with another provider.

@Manny12   As @hTideGnow  said, you need to remove the outer rim/s of the sim card until you get down to the right size.  How far did you get with the activation process?  Since Public Mobile is prepaid there are usually no refunds but you can try contacting support using the chat icon bottom right of this page.

it is not a regular size.  those are call 3-in-1, you can break the outer part to make it smaller, make it nano size to fit your iPhone
