Do you have the $45 or $40 plan or less? Ensure that the amount you topped up with fully covers your plan amount or it will not reactivate. If so and it still says suspended log out/in. You should now be active. Log out and reboot your phone. Try making a call.

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
what the account status is showing Active ? or suspended and not deactivated
the $45 is showing at Available Fund then ok.. so what your plan cost.. do you add plus Tax.
if so cover the amount then click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps to make manual payment this time.

No iv been with this company for a wile and I forgot to put a card in it and did today to late and now there is 45 on it but phones still not working why ? xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx thing iv tryed calling and can’t find away to talk to someone real is there a way to talk to a real person

are you a new PM'er and just now ported your number here from old provider ?
Give us a bit more info please . What have you tried ? What kinda phone ? Is phone new or something you got on-line at Craigslist ?

What plan are you on? Can you login to your account? Is it showing as active on your account? What won't work?
