@Raman12

Once you suspend via lost/stolen there is no need to disable autopay unless you don't want your $2 autopay reward? Once you suspend via lost/stolen that stops everything in your account except voicemail (or used to I haven't had a chance to retest since I last suspended and had an issue.) See below for more details on suspending your account services.

  1. You can turn off autopay and allow the account to suspend at the of your current 30 day cycle but this is your least advantageous option. Pay and reactivate by day 85 or so.
  2. If you have an account balance that exceeds your plan amount then you need to suspend via the lost/stolen feature in your account before midnight eastern on the evening of your renewal. Then on day 85 or so resume your service to pay and reactivate.
  3. Suspending via lost/stolen before midnight eastern will keep your voicemail active allowing you retrieve voicemail and any verification sent by phone calls. However your rewards will not be applied to your account. CSA contact after paying and reactivating is necessary to have the rewards applied manually.
  4. Voicemail can be accessed by calling your pm number from a different phone by calling your phone # and pressing * once connected and entering your 4 digit voicemail pin #.
  5. If you don't have an account balance or enough balance to cover your plan amount you can suspend via lost/stolen after midnight but before 2 am eastern on the day of your renewal. Once your rewards have been applied (usually by 12:15 am et) then suspend your account. Voicemail access will be lost.
  6. Switching to the $15 plan with rewards helping to cover a partial or full amount of your plan allows you to call forward your pm number to your voip number  before you leave Canada.. Now any incoming calling to your pm number will ring thru to your voip number while on wifi or mobile data (w/a local or global sim card) You can access your VoIP #'s voicemail for all voicemail messages.

Most important mark on your calendar day 85 of your suspension and day 90. Do not forget when you must unsuspend your account via lost/stolen and/or pay and reactivate your service so you don't lose your phone number and account. Happy travels and Stay--Safe!

What no spoiler option in mobile? Or am I missing something?

Everything with your account stays the same. There's a 90 day grace period of suspension to renew your plan. It's kind of a dumb term they use. It's really Suspend/Resume.

So depending on your renewal date and your departure date, suspend the account. Put a reminder in your calendar say 85 days in the future. Then log back in and Resume the account. Some fiddling might be required then like adding a dollar and then it will take your plan cost from your balance and now you start a new 30 days with everything as it was minus your plan cost.

If you're on the old rewards system then you'll need to ask to get those manually added. They might argue about it. No. You earned them. You're entitled to them

Perfect, It will work for me. Thanks

@Raman12   You amount will stay in your account as Available fund for future use

You can put Lost/Stolen on the day you go for your trip  as well as disable Pre-Authorized payment,  the the account will go into suspension for 90 days.   You Available Fund there will stay untouched

When you come back, make sure that is before the 90 days deadline, you can then take the Lost/Stolen condition away and then manually pay the plan amount to reactivate the plan. (it will take it out from the Available fund first, if still not enough, then you can pay the remaining using the credit card on the system)

It means there is no way, if we will go with lost option then I might be not get the available balance and same number

By this we can only disable future transaction from credit card but if the amount is already added in our account by voucher, how we can disable?

If you have a balance that can pay the renewal then you'll need to use the lost/stolen function to suspend the account before the renewal date. Turning off autopay won't stop that.

Then yes the other advice here.

@Raman12

Disabled is better when you be back do Enabled,

don't forget

  • if missed a payment you have up to 90 days to make a payment and, after doing so, your payment cycle will restart and your service will resume.After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
  • Lose access to your phone number, and won’t be able to transfer it to a new provider in the future.
  • Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.
