PM is an online service so just login to your account on the PM app or website.

It will outline all the information about your account/plan. Go to the Account tab.

@Ryebabie  All messaging with support is online no live support , but you can ask community and they can help answer your question without giving personal info . But if you prefer to just ask support and chat bot not working for you you can
