if you are gone for 5 months, not sure if your account is active

can you call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your number and tell us what the system says?

@MomCam  Sorry if your account was in suspended state for over 90 days the account t is closed , you would then need to create new account with new sim and new email and pick new phone number unfortunately
