Depending on the phone you have, you can login to iCloud account and you can track and delete your profile of your phone from your PC.
Same if you have a same Samsung phone.
Otherwise, you can contact the CS_Agent to help you login to you account and click on Lost/Stolen phone to stop PM service and Blacklist your phone.

Are you saying you forgot your password and cannot access your email without your phone so you cannot use the forgot email option? If so contact customer support and type "reset password - urgent lost phone" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via SIMon.
If you stay online for awhile you may luck out and get late night service from a CSA rather than having to wait until morning.
