Cannot access billing and pay invoice after discontinued with Public Mobile

My log in doesnt work on app or Myaccount after discontinued with Public Mobile, hence cannot access invoices and make payments. Could you please help? - Resolved.

100% certain you didn't owe PM any money

PM won't have invoices show outstanding balance.  But if you want invoices showing what you paid for, then you can ask PM to sent you (again, they won't be able to send you an invoice and ask you to pay , as you don't owe them any money)

to ask PM for past paid invoices, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

PM is prepaid, which mean you pay at the beginning of the cycle and use it for the next 30 days

there won't be any outstanding bill at all.  So, you don't owe PM any money

But if you  have discontinued with Public Mobile why do you need to make payments?

it is normal, if you ported out your line or if your account suspended for over 90 days, the account would have been closed and you cannot login anymore

But PM support agent can help preparing you the invoices, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
