Hello,
I need help, I've just yesterday signed up for the service in the proccess of transfering my old phone number to public mobile I have recieved a message from PM saying that there is an issue with the transfer and I will be contacted by the agent- Still waiting.
I've tried also sumbiting a ticket -which does not work - error 404

Correct, ticket is out of order for a quite a while... 😞
I would suggest you have your PM account in order first - pay, have SIM working as expected, pick ANY number, confirm all services are working as expected (calls in/out, SMS in/out, data) AND only then initiate number transfer.
Mind you - both accounts (old and PM) have to be active.
