Phone transfer time out issue(I answered 'Yes" instead of 'YES' to request from old provider). Need a new transfer request from Public mobile for my old provider to complete transfer. How do I initiate that??

@JPOR shouldn't matter Yes or YES, it should work still. How long you replied? still can take 30 mins to 4 hours after you reply to get the port done
reboot the phone first, call yourself from another phone, does the call arrive?
or call the porting assistance team to check. I cannot post the number here, but check your inbox for the number

It doesn't matter if you type YES or Yes or yes. It can now take up to 2 hours to come on over to PM. I'll send you a message to your private box with a number to contact to request it again. Keep an eye on the top right corner of the page.
