you still have problem after 3 days? was it incoming calls and text that does not work?
did you already contacted PM and ask them to check?

Have you powered off your phone and restarted? this may flush out any kinks. If that doesnt work, and the problem persists try sending a message to a CS_agent using this link. sometimes they need to do a network reset from the back end.

Seems like I can only call a few numbers that called me. Texting works and data works. The phone signal is only 2 tiny dots. Can’t call anyone from my contacts or any random numbers. It says call failed

@Legin Good morning, just to confirm: does data and texting work? or do you have no service at all.?
