This post is actually for my friend. She is with public mobile. Her phone was recently stolen and her online identity that was connected with her email has been used by someone else. She changed her email password, but the damage was already done. She received notifications that identity was being used at different services such as Kijiji. She would like to know if there's any way to wipe her phone remotely? or just stop whoever has her phone from using her information and other contents other phone- i.e pics , pretending to be her?

Yes , she didn't act soon enough - couldn't, she was working and didn't figure out her phone had been stolen until it was too late. She has changed all her passwords. Unfortunately the person had already used apps such as Kijiji using her identity. It's been a mess but the lesson here is to make sure your phone is secure - which unfortunately she I didn't.

@bb6640 - sorry to hear what happened to your friend.
If her Phone is lost or stolen, she can Suspend your service if you’d like to prevent any calls or messages from being sent or received. Doing so will not keep your plan from expiring; however, it will ensure that your credit card is not charged at your next renewal date if you’re on AutoPay.Just follow these steps:
Note that after 90 days in suspend, your account will be deactivated permanently so be sure to return to this page if you find your phone or decide to get a new SIM card.

If she is looking to obtain a new phone and SIM card to get her account and phone number transferred over see "How To Change Your SIM Card" at the bottom of this Help Article: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/sim-swap-fraud

@bb6640 First of all , PM won't be able to help.
You have to try the follow services:
Apple: https://www.apple.com/ca/icloud/find-my/
Google: https://myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone
Samsung: https://findmymobile.samsung.com/
However, sound like this is something from couple days already? You might have lost the best timing to use the Find my phone service for remote wipe. Likely it is too late at the moment.
