Public Points Balance Discrepancy

So my rewards/points page seems to be up and running now. When I scroll down to Recent Activity it shows points back of 1.75 for my $35 plan dated March 20th, and then shows 5 points for welcome bonus dated March 21st.

However at the top under Public Points Balance it only shows 1.75 and that is all I have to redeem. Does it just take a little extra for the 5 points they are showing to be reflected?

I guess I will check back later today to see if it has been updated.

Usually sign up bonuses do not appear right away. 72 hours is what used to be max wait time for such perks.
