Phone plan not working

Paid my bill for March and it seems my account is not kicking in

Went back to store and confirmed it went through

This happened yesterday 

Still going on

No call in or out 

It says my balance is 2.00

Why is that when I paid my monthly bill 25.00

Need help activate on line and sim is registered and plan but have no number as the port request isn't complete and sim doesn't work 

Hi @hairbag1   yes, it could be VoLTE.  It could be when PM trying to enable the account to VoLTE and it breaks that account

 

Hope people would come back and let us know what PM says

I wonder if the glitchy calling is related to the recent revelation that volte is currently being phased in..hmmm !!

HI @KATHY987  there are couple posts about no calls this morning.  did you try to reboot the phone and test?

use a laptop to log in to your PM account. Right under Account Status find Plan Usage....then try this to be sure your account has renewed itself...

@KATHY987   which store you went back to confirm?  there is no more PM store around. or no mobile store to take care of PM's account

 

You login to My Account and confirm that account status is Active?

 

is your Mobile data working? sms working? just not voice?

 

there seems to be some voice problem again in the last couple days. 

Please try to turn off your phone for 5 mins first, then reboot and test again

If possible try to toggle VoLTE  setting on your phone (tiy it with both VoLTE on and off) and see if it works

 

If nothing work, then open ticket with PM Support and have them to refresh your account from the system side.
