I'm having a problem transfering my cell number. When I enter the number is says the number is invalid.

we're you using the PM app to subscribe?
and did you try subscribe once and got an error and re-tried a second time and got the error? maybe the first attempt has the request held up already
you can ask PM to check. At this stage, you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them

is this a number from koodo prepaid?
if it is , you have to get a temporary phone number first and ask support to help you too put in the number after the account is fully set up
if it is from another provider,check if the phone number is eligible for putting here
