I applied for plan with esim
I can't receive sms or calls
I can't complete id verification for my account
I can't speak with a person only chatbot.
I already paid for first month.

hi @kddonald82 if you closed the account yourself, that would be where the problem is. Old account has to be left opened. The porting process will close the account for you after all is completed
if you really closed the account yourself before the number was ported and you need the number back, you will have to contact your old carrier and resume service. Once that part is sorted out, you will have to call the PM porting team number I sent you and also them to resend the porting request over

Yes I can make a calls. I already deleted old sim card and closed my account

hi @kddonald82 can you make outbound calls? did you receive a text from your old carrier on you old sim card and you replied Yes?
