Hi, 

I'm trying to move my phone number to PM, and I guess I must have mistyped my IMEI. I got the text from my old provider confirming the move (to which I replied YES), but then a text from PM saying I had entered in my IMEI incorrectly, and that someone would contact me shortly. Is there a number I can call to get it sorted out?

Good Day! Im having the same issue as hypertech did a couple weeks back. Need that number to get the post sorted out. thanks.

call the porting support team.  I will send you tje number to your Community inbox.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, you can update them with the proper account number instead of IMEI.  They can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
