Phone number not verifying or working

I was using my number and everything was fine, then all of the sudden it ended my FaceTime call and said it was verifying my number for messages and FaceTime. It isn’t processing at all, I recently just got this plan 2 days ago and ported my number from Fido. All seemed perfectly fine and was working until now, I’m unsure what to do.

Did anyone else have this problem?

the little envelop icon on top right side of this page is highlighted as I've sent a link for you to call to get help with your recent port from Fido. Sounds like your attempt to port you number from Fido to PM has failed somehow. Give that number a call and they can assist.

Which plan did you get? Did you confirm the transfer text from Fido? Connect to wifi and go to settings, general, about and see if any updates happen. Are you able browse websites on cell data (not wifi).

Update: I’ve restarted my phone several times, reset networks settings and followed along to possible solutions provided by others or on the PM webpage. Nothing is working.
